You also acknowledge and accept that payment (your remaining balance) is due upon arrival, before service begins. Please keep guests at home! This includes spouses, children, friends, etc. Children are only permitted if they are being serviced. No exceptions. ________________________________ REQUIREMENTS: • We require your hair length to be a minimum of 4” all around (baby hair is ok). This protects your hair follicles, our hands, and our brand identity. We also require a consultation if you’re experiencing hair loss or alopecia. If you’re unsure, be safe; schedule a consultation first :) • Please arrive to your appointment with clean and dry hair, properly blown out from roots to ends. But if you prefer, you can book a shampoo service along with your appointment :) • Hair colors 1 and 1b are included in ALL BRAID SERVICES (except crochet and mini twists). Select services require you to bring the hair if you’d like a different color. Please read the service description of the style you book. • NOTE: All braid style prices begin with standard length. Standard length falls approximately high waist / just below bra strap length. We use 24” hair for standard length. *High ponytail lengths begin at bra-strap.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS: - Appointments canceled within 24 hours of their appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance and the deposit is forfeited. - Appointments canceled up to 1 hour before the appointment start time or after is considered NCNS (no call, no show), and you will be required to pay the balance in full before rebooking. RESCHEDULING: - You are permitted one reschedule with your paid deposit. The rescheduled date must fall between the original date and the next 60 days. – You are allowed to reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours, it is considered a cancellation. To cancel or reschedule, please visit your email appointment confirmation and follow the prompts. – A 2nd reschedule will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new appointment must be booked with a new deposit.
